Win a pair of premium tickets to one of the Guinness Men’s Six Nations 2025 games at Aviva Stadium

The Promoter 

The promoter is Aviva Direct Ireland Limited (the "Promoter").

Eligibility Criteria 

This competition ("Competition") is open to entrants who (i) are aged 18 years or over and (ii) a resident in the Republic of Ireland. Entrants will be offered the opportunity to enter by taking part in our competition. Entrants will be required to answer the competition question on the Qualtrics form provided. An entrant will be chosen at random from eligible entries received before the closing date and this entrant will be contacted via the email provided upon entry. Only one Entry will be accepted per person. Entries received by any other means (including by hand delivery) will be invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should any Entry fail to reach the Promoter before the Closing Date for any reason or should persons be unable to enter the Competition. Proof of submitting an Entry is not proof that the Entry has been received by the Promoter. 

Terms of Participation

Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Competition.

The Prize

The prize to be won is one pair of three pairs of tickets for the Guinness Men’s Six Nations, specifically:

  • Prize 1. 1 x pair of tickets for Ireland v England 1st February 2025
  • Prize 2. 1 x pair of tickets for Ireland v France 8th March 2025

The Prize is as stated and does not include other costs associated with taking the Prize. No cash or any other alternative will be offered for the Prize. The prize winner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of the Prize. The prize winner is eligible for 1 x pair of tickets only. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.

Closing Date

The closing date for entries to win correlates with each individual pair of tickets offered as a prize.

  • Closing Date 1 for Prize 1: Wednesday 29th January at 11pm 2025
  • Closing Date 2 for Prize 2: Wednesday 5th March at 11pm 2025
  • Prize 1 Opening Date: Friday 24thJanuary 9am – Closing Date Wednesday 29th January 11pm
  • Prize 2 Opening Date: Thursday 30thJanuary 9am – Closing Date Wednesday 5th March 11pm

("Closing Date"). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry, which due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of delivery. Only fully completed entries which are submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be eligible for the Competition. Entries received by any other means (including by hand delivery) will be invalid.

Selection of Prizewinners

The prizewinners will be selected at random from the eligible entries received before each Closing Date. The selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant. Prizewinners will be selected the day of Closing Date. The prizewinners will be contacted based on:

  • Prize 1 - close of business on Thursday 30th January 2025
  • Prize 2 – close of business Thursday 6th March 2025

The Promoter shall not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damage to the tickets.

The plus one of the prizewinners, must also adhere to the competition T&Cs. 

Miscellaneous

The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes (“Alternative Prizes”) should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate.

The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant or prizewinner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct, indirect or consequential arising out of or in connection with the Competition and/or any Prize other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter and/or the Promoter's respective personnel and/or deceit or fraud by the Promoter and/or the Promoter's respective personnel.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or the terms and conditions of the Competition with no liability to any entrant, prizewinner or any third party.

The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate.

The prizewinner and any person to whom a Prize is transferred by a prizewinner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the Prize.

The following terms which are used in the terms and conditions have the following meaning: the term "we" or "us" means the Promoter; "you" "your" or "entrant" means a person who participates in the Competition under the terms and conditions of the Competition; and "prizewinner" means a person who wins a prize under the terms and conditions of the Competition.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Ireland.

Data Protection Notice

This notice explains the most important aspects of how we use your personal information in relation to the Competition and what rights you have in relation to your personal information. Identity of the Data Controller:The data controller responsible for this Competition is Aviva Direct Ireland Limited as the Promoter of the Competition. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to familiarise themselves with the privacy policy of relevant third-party providers.

What information we collect and what we use it for: We will only make use of and process the personal information of entrants (which includes your name and email address) provided in connection with the Competition for a maximum period of 12 months from the Closing Date of the Competition as set out in the terms and conditions of the Competition.

Legal grounds for processing for the Competition: The Promoter relies on the legal grounds of consent in order to process the personal data of the prizewinner for the purposes of the Competition. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Who we share your information with: We will share your information (name and email address) with Ticketmaster who will issue the prize for this Competition.

In accordance with the Code of Standards for Advertising and Marketing Communications in Ireland, the name and county of the prizewinner will be available for a period of one month after the Closing Date of the Competition. This can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope denoting the offered competition prize to the Promoter at the following address: Aviva Marketing, Aviva Ireland, Building 12, Cherrywood Business Park, Loughlinstown, Dublin 18. 

How long we keep your personal information for: All entrants’ personal information is processed strictly for the purposes of the Competition and may be retained by us for a period of up to 12 months from the Closing Date of the Competition. 

Your rights: You have various rights in relation to your personal information, including: 

  • the right to request access to your personal information
  • correct any mistakes on our records
  • Erase or restrict records where they are no longer required
  • Withdraw consent, where applicable

Note: you have the right to object to the use of your personal information at any stage however, any successful objection may have consequences (e.g. prevent us from processing and/or administering your Competition entry and you may not be able to claim any prize that you may otherwise be entitled) and we can discuss these if you want to object.
