Saturday, October 19th saw the final Aviva Mini Rugby Provincial Festival take place at Galway Corinthians RFC, with another super day for each of the Under 10 boys and Under 12 girls teams involved.
The Connacht festival was preceded by the Leinster festival, which took place in De La Salle Palmerston on Sunday October 13, Ulster Festival in Bangor RFC on Saturday, October 12, and Munster Festival in UL Bohs on Sunday, October 6th.
2,220 boys and girls from 111 teams participated over the course of the four provincial festivals in October, with each participating team in with the chance of being picked to play in the National Festival, which is held in Aviva Stadium in May next year.
