Aviva Life and Pensions Ireland DAC (Aviva Life and Pensions Ireland) today announces the appointment of Dave Elliot as Chief Executive Officer following Tom Browne’s decision to retire after 40 years of working life. Dave will take up his role on 1 August and will work closely with Tom over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
Dave Elliot is currently Chief of Staff to the Group CEO at Aviva plc having previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Aviva International and Director of Investor Relations. A qualified chartered accountant, he joined Aviva in 2009. Dave has been a Director of Aviva Life and Pensions Ireland since June 2018.
